By joining the Well Balanced Body Chiropractic Wellness Membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership Commitment
- Memberships cover the frequency of care you select at checkout (bi-monthly, monthly, or pay-in-full 12 visits).
- This membership is designed for wellness care and maintenance, not acute or corrective care.
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable.
2. Payments & Renewals
- Monthly memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled.
- Pay-in-full memberships include 12 visits and will automatically renew (auto-debit) at visit 10 unless otherwise canceled.
- Any discounts or savings listed apply only when the membership remains active and in good standing.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of that session.
- Membership cancellations require in-person notice to a Well Balanced Body staff member at least 14 days before your next billing cycle.
4. Refunds
- Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been processed.
5. Medical Disclaimer
- Chiropractic care at Well Balanced Body is designed to support wellness and help maintain alignment, but it does not replace medical treatment.
- No guarantees are made regarding specific results, as every individual’s health journey is unique.
6. Membership Benefits
- Complimentary assessments and household benefits are limited to one per household member per year, unless otherwise specified.
- Discounts and perks cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
- Please note: Light Therapy is not included in this membership tier.
